We prefer having our own staff of experienced, professional installers who know our lines of office furniture inside and out, because it is their one and only job. We know they will arrive at your facility on time, in uniform and ready to work – even on weekends or after hours. And when they are finished, they will clean up the furniture and the worksite so your office is ready for business. In the same way, we have our own fleet of trucks and a dedicated warehouse where we receive and carefully inspect your furniture, and prepare it for installation. This also enables us to identify any product damage, file a claim and get your replacement pieces here as quickly as possible.

Of course, achieving this goal requires thoughtful planning, realistic scheduling and continuous attention to detail. It means working closely with architects, builders, trades people, facility managers and others to insure, for example that the carpet is installed before the furniture arrives, that the electrical feeds are where they should be, and that voice and data lines are accessible and functioning. It also means attending job meetings to monitor the inevitable changes that impact the original schedule and making any adjustments necessary.
